Kripalu Vinyasa for Intermediate moves through active, breath guided, flowing postures, allowing students to fully embody alignment and movement both energetically and physically. The sequences integrate standing, hip openers, forward bends, twists, back bends, arm balances, inversions and restorative postures. The benefits include strengthening and stretching muscles, increasing bone density, releasing tension, and centering body-mind.

Hatha Yoga for Beginners Bend forward, backward, sideways, and twist while practicing supported, restorative postures on a yoga mat or a chair.  We balance energetic flowing sequences guided by breath with gentle stretches, guided relaxation and healing imagery. Questions, please contact Megan:
