Session Two:    3/12, 3/19, 3/26, 4/2, 4/9, 4/23 (no class 4/16; snow date: 4/30)
Spring Session: 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, 5/28, 6/11, 6/18 (no class 6/4)
Location:          Old Town Hall
Fee:                  $65 per session for residents, $75 for non-residents per session
Minimum Participants:                 7

This high-energy interval workout challengers the beginner and elite athlete alike without having to get into the ring!  Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility with this fun and challenging workout in a no judgement zone.  The last 20 minutes of class will focus on full body conditioning and core work.  All levels are welcome as modifications will be given.  Bring a mat and water bottle.
