Core and More
This cross training class will mix calisthenics and body weight exercises for a fun workout to improve muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility.  There will be an increased focus on strength and stability of your back and abdominal muscles.  This is the perfect class to jump start your 2020 fitness routine!  All levels are welcome as modifications will be given.  Bring a mat and water bottle.
 
2 days per week! Mondays and Thursdays.
