Due to the unusual times we are experiencing, please note that there may be changes or cancellations to programs when State or Town mandates effect the programs.  There are also no bathrooms available to participants in this program.Monday Evenings:  6:15 - 7:15pm INDOOR:  Kim JohnsonWednesday Mornings 9:15 - 10:15 am with Megan LutzSession 1: OUTDOORS at Three RiversSession 2: INDOORS at Old Town HallWednesday Evenings 6:00 - 7:00 pm with Megan LutzSession One:  OUTDOORS.  If weather cancels, then the class will be virtual.Session Two:  INDOOR at Old Town Hall. Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga moves through active, breath guided, flowing postures, allowing students to fully embody alignment and movement energetically and physically.
