Classes will be filled with lots of fun, games, and creativity! Class size will be smaller to allow for social distancing. Please bring a water bottle, snack, and a mat or towel as yoga mats cannot be provided at this time.

Pilates | Body BarrePilates | Body Barre is a combination of traditional Pilates postures and Body Barres low impact, high intensity movements designed to tone, strengthen and stretch the total body. 
 
4:00 PM - 4:45 PM    YOGA After School - YOGA AFTER SCHOOL Session 1
Due to the unusual times we are experiencing, please note that there may be changes or cancellations to programs when State or Town mandates effect the programs.  There are also no bathrooms available to participants in this program.**Masks are not required for this activity, as participants will be 6 feet apart throughout the session. Yogis in grades K-5 will build flexibility, strength, and concentration while exploring different yoga poses and breathing techniques. Classes will be filled with lots of fun, games, and creativity! Class size will be smaller to allow for social distancing. Please bring a water bottle, snack, and a mat or towel as yoga mats cannot be provided at this time.

The sequences integrate standing, standing twist, standing balance, arm balance, hip opener, backbend, seated twist, forward bend, inversion and restorative postures while strengthening and stretching muscles, increasing bone density, releasing tension, and centering body-mind.   To register, go to woodburyparksandrec.org, and also send an email to Megan at megan@peacefulwaywellness.com indicating classes you want attend. She will send you instructions on downloading the free app "GoToMeeting" as well as a link with instructions on how to join a virtual meeting from your phone, tablet or PC. You all will be in your own homes and Megan will be in hers. You will need a mat and some props (more information will be supplied).
