Skyhawks Sports Academy provides sports programs where children discover and develop athletic skills and social values, such as teamwork, respect and sportsmanship. We offer children a positive sports experience while promoting a healthy active lifestyle.

Multi-Sport Tots (Baseball/Basketball/Soccer) 2-3.5 year olds at 5:00 pm/3 - 4 year olds at 6:00 pm at HOLLOW PARK. 
Introduce your little superstar to sports in our most popular program! This class uses age-appropriate games and activities to explore balance, hand/eye coordination, fitness, sport skills and child development. Parent participation required for ages 2-3.5 years.

Beginner Golf at Shepherdson Center (Middlebury, CT) (REGION 14 - 3 DAY CAMP)
5-8 year olds 
Participants will learn the fundamentals of swinging, putting, body positioning, etiquette and keeping score. The program is specifically designed for the entry-level player, simplifying instruction so that young players can make an easy and effective transition onto the golf course. All equipment provided.

STEM & Play Soccer at MEADOWVIEW PARK (Middlebury, CT)
8-12 year olds
This program combines strategic STEM-based activities with traditional Skyhawks soccer instruction and a focus on life skills such as teamwork and sportsmanship. STEM Sports® soccer curriculum gives students the opportunity to get behind the sport they love with modules on soccer ball design, throw-in science, angles and goal-line technology! Participants will also learn the fundamentals of passing, shooting, dribbling and defense through skill-based drills and scrimmages. Skyhawks puts the Sports in STEM.
 
Sand Volleyball Youth Camp - NEW! at HOLLOW PARK, Woodbury 
10-14 year olds
Skyhawks Volleyball takes the energy and excitement of this great team sport and puts it all together into one fun-filled program. All aspects of the game are taught through drills and exercises that focus on bumping, setting, spiking, hitting and serving. This program is designed for the beginning to intermediate player.

Mini Hawk (Baseball, Basketball and Soccer) at HOLLOW PARK, Woodbury
5-7 year olds
This multi-sport program was developed to give children a positive first step into athletics. Sports are taught in a safe, structured environment filled with encouragement and fun. Through exciting games and activities, campers explore balance, hand/eye coordination and skill development at their own pace.

Multi-Sport (Baseball, Basketball, Flag Football & Soccer) at HOLLOW PARK, Woodbury for 7-12 year olds
Multi-Sport programs are designed to introduce young athletes to a variety of different sports in one setting. Athletes will learn the rules and essential skills of each sport, along with vital life lessons such as sportsmanship and teamwork.
 
Flag Football Fueled by USA Football - NEW! at HOLLOW PARK, Woodbury
for 8-12 year olds
Skyhawks Flag Football Fueled by USA Football is an exciting introduction to America’s favorite game! Using skills and drills from the Football Development Model, developed by the experts at the sport’s national governing body – USA Football – players will gain confidence and prepare for league play.
Coaches will teach the key concepts of passing, receiving, running, kicking, punting and flag pulling, all presented in a positive environment. Athletes will learn developmentally appropriate fundamentals and critical life lessons leading to the Skyhawks Sports Bowl, where participants showcase their skills!
