SUMMER CAMP 2021! 

*Please note: Per State of CT Health Mandates in Schools, masks will need to be worn by both staff and campers indoors, regardless of vaccination status. For K-6 Camp*:
Woodbury residents: $120 after May 14th (starting May 15th)
Out of Town residents (including Bethlehem): $145 after May 14th (starting May 15th)
WEEK OF July 5th ONLY...NO CAMP on MONDAY, July 5th.

Woodbury residents: $105 after May 14th (starting May 15th)
Out of Town residents (including Bethlehem): $130 after May 14th (staring May 15th)

FOR 7-9th grade TEEN TRAVEL CAMP*
Woodbury residents: $215 after May 14th (starting May 15th)
Out of Town residents (including Bethlehem): $240 after May 14th (starting May 15th)

We are very happy to provide a safe, fun and exciting Summer Day Camp experience for youth entering K-6 and for our Teen Travel Camp for youth entering grades 7-9 this year! 

You may register for one week, or all five weeks.
Camp will run for five weeks: June 28th - July 30th weeks. The week of July 5th there will be no camp on MONDAY. 

CAMP REGISTRATIONS CLOSE FOR THE UPCOMING WEEK on FRIDAY OF THE PREVIOUS WEEK. For example, for 1st week of camp starting June 28th, registrations will close on Friday, June 25th at 12:00 NOON.
Week 1 - must register by June 25th at 12:00 noon
Week 2 - must register by July 2nd at 12:00 noon
Week 3 - must register by July 9th at 12:00 noon
Week 4 - must register by July 16th at 12:00 noon
Week 5 - must register by July 23rd at 12:00 noon

We have worked closely with the State, CDC, local Health Department, and the First Selectman following the guidelines for camp to create a fun K-6th camp that is safe as well as a travel Teen Camp for youth entering grades 7-9.

K-6th Day Camp 8:30 - 2:30 pm 
Monday - Thursday at the Woodbury Middle School; Fridays at Hollow Park.





  • Monday-Thursday will be held at Woodbury Middle School, Fridays at Hollow Park


  • There is a limit of 20 children per group. They are not able to mingle. The group of 20 will remain with the same two counselors for the entire week.


  • Drop off will be facilitated by the parent/guardian driving into the school/park. PLEASE DO NOT GET OUT OF THE CAR. The Director will take the temperature of the child coming to camp. If the child shows no signs of any respiratory problems and has a temperature of less than 100 the child be allowed to exit the car and join their group.


  • Drop off will be between 8:30 and 9:00 am, no late drop offs will be allowed.


  • Pick up will be at 2:30 pm, and will be conducted in the same way. You will drive to the designated pick up place and your child will be brought to your car. No one is to exit the car except the child coming to camp. 


  • We will follow the State Health Department regulations, and everyone will need to wear a mask while in the school building, but outside will be able to remove their mask.  Please ensure that your child comes to camp with a mask.  If the regulations change at the State level at any time, we too will adjust our rules. We will be spending as much time as possible outdoors. 


  • Wipes and antibacterial hand soap and sanitizer will be available for all camp staff and campers. Hand washing is imperative before and after all activities. Your child must understand this and cooperate with staff on this matter.


  • If a child is unwell outside of camp, you must let us know. They will not be able to return to camp for 14 days.


  • If someone in the camper’s household is ill or has symptoms of Covid-19, the camper is not permitted to attend camp.


  • If the camper is ill from a suspected case of Covid-19 the entire group that has been at camp with that child, will not be allowed back to camp for 14 days.




Teen Travel Camp 9:00 - 3:00 pm (times may vary per trip location)
Monday - Thursday only; NO CAMP on Fridays (with the exception of July 5th week, we will meet Tuesday - Friday.

DROP OFF FOR TEEN CAMP: At Woodbury Middle School. By 9:00 AM SHARP.  Drop off will be facilitated by the parent/guardian driving into the school. PLEASE DO NOT GET OUT OF THE CAR. PICK UP is at Woodbury Middle School at 3:00 PM SHARP (unless otherwise noted on weekly schedule).
Due to Covid protocols, we can only have 20 participants per week. We will be traveling to a different destination every day. You will receive the schedule and any waivers that need to be signed prior to your child participating at camp. Trips are subject to change as weather impedes outdoor activities. We will not cancel camp, just change the location.

TEEN CAMP WAIVERS: Parents/Guardians, it is VERY helpful if you sign and date all waivers (especially if they are online waivers) BEFORE the first week of camp.
