In The Spirit Of Working Together As A Community, Woodbury Park & Rec are Offering Virtual Exercise Classes

To maintain public health and keep wellness practices going at a time we need it most, Woodbury Park & Recreation is offering virtual classes in Pilates and Yoga. The classes will be taught by our own Megan Lutz who has been teaching these classes successfully for the last six weeks - maybe some of you have been participating.

To register, go to, and also send an email to Megan at indicating the virtual classes you want attend. She will send you instructions on downloading the free app "GoToMeeting" as well as a link with instructions on how to join a virtual meeting from your phone, tablet or PC. You all will be in your own homes and Megan will be in hers. You will need a mat and some props (more information will be supplied).

Moves through active, breath-guided flowing postures, allowing students to fully embody alignment and movement both energetically and physically. The sequences integrate standing, hip openers, forward bends, twists, back bends, and restorative postures while strengthening and stretching muscles, increasing bone density, releasing tension, and centering both body and mind.
