Join the Morning Express WORKOUTs!
To maintain public health and keep wellness practices going at a time we need it most, Woodbury Park & Recreation are offering virtual fitness classes to get your mornings off to a good start! The classes will be taught by our own Tricia Brown!
Wednesday: Core and Lower body workout 8:00 - 8:45am
45-Minute Ab and lower body exercises that will work your entire core and sculpt the lower body. This class is for all fitness levels and is a great way to fit a quick but challenging workout into your busy day. Weights are optional.
To register, go to woodburyparksandrec.org, and also send an email to Tricia at email@example.com by 5pm the night before your first class. She will send you instructions on how to join her virtual workouts using the free app "Zoom Cloud Meetings" or use zoom.us/join on your PC. You all will be in your own homes and Tricia will be in hers. You will need a mat and weights (optional)

Upon joining, I will let you in and you will have to show me your face via video for the first 5 sec to say hello. Once you are in, please mute yourself (this limits the distractions of others while the workout is going). You can keep yourself on video or choose not to show video. You must enter the workout 5-10min before the workout begins. If you try to enter after the start of the workout, the instructor may not let you enter as she may NOT see that you came in late. It is difficult for me to let late participants as it requires me to focus on the computer rather than the workout I am trying to instruct.
Be sure to have a mat with you, water and free weights are optional.
