LOW IMPACT TOTAL BODY WORKOUT
 
Instructor: Tricia Brown
Age:                 16 years to adult
Time:               Tuesdays, 3:30 – 4:30 pm
Dates:              Session One: 9/8, 9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/13 (make up 10/20)
                        Session Two:  10/27, 11/3, 11/10, 11/17, 11/24, 12/1 (make up: 12/8)
Location:         Old Town Hall, 5 Mountain Road, Woodbury
Fee:                  Resident:  $65, Non-Resident $75
Minimum Participants:             7          Maximum Participants:  10
Work your entire body and burn tons of calories in this low impact workout designed for all fitness levels. Exercises can include but will not be limited to: low impact cardiovascular work, cardio-kickboxing, muscle conditioning, core work , Pilates and/or yoga.  Bring a mat, water and a set of light dumbbells.
