THESE CLASSES ARE VIRTUAL.The student is responsible for renting or buying his or her own instrument. The instructor may require one or more music books be purchased prior to the start of lessons. Classical method of violin playing is taught, though these techniques can be applied to all styles of violin playing including jazz, country and Irish fiddle. Lisa Laquidara is a professional violinist and teacher. She received her Bachelor of Music in violin performance from the Hartt School of Music and performs in several orchestras throughout Connecticut. She has taught at the Naugatuck Valley Community College, Westover School and St. Bridget School, and is currently the violin and viola teacher at the Taft School in Watertown. These classes are done virtually.

Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga moves through active, breath guided, flowing postures, allowing students to fully embody alignment and movement energetically and physically. The sequences integrate standing, standing twist, standing balance, arm balance, hip opener, backbend, seated twist, forward bend, inversion and restorative postures while strengthening and stretching muscles, increasing bone density, releasing tension, and centering body-mind. Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga moves through active, breath guided, flowing postures, allowing students to fully embody alignment and movement energetically and physically. Lisa Laquidara is a professional violinist and teacher. She received her Bachelor of Music in violin performance from the Hartt School of Music and performs in several orchestras throughout Connecticut. She has taught at the Naugatuck Valley Community College, Westover School and St. Bridget School, and is currently the violin and viola teacher at the Taft School in Watertown. These classes are done virtually.

VIRTUAL MAGIC WORKSHOP - 5 years and upInstructor:  Magician Tom O’BrienAge:                  5 years old and upDate and Time:    You arrange this with the instructor            Location:          Your Home!Fee:                  $25 per session for region 14, $35 for non-region 14 Magic class now available online using Zoom!  One-on-one 30-35 minute session with professional Magician Tom O’Brien.  Participants will receive an email from Tom requesting date and time.  You then agree on a time that works for you both.  All materials will be mailed to the student prior to their session.  They will learn 5 tricks.  Tom is a master at his craft and is a wonderful and entertaining teacher!
