Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba® program is all about. We take the "work" out of workout by mixing low intensity and high intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party!Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® FITNESS classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. The benefits are a total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious does of awesome each time you leave class! Burn Up to 1,000 CALORIES in 1-HOUR!!!!We will be holding this class at Hollow Park due to Covid safety precautions.

Monday-Thursday will be held at Mitchell Elementary School, Fridays at Hollow Park There is a limit of 20 children per group. They are not able to mingle. The group of 20 will remain with the same two counselors for the entire week. Drop off will be facilitated by the parent/guardian driving into the school/park. PLEASE DO NOT GET OUT OF THE CAR. The Director will take the temperature of the child coming to camp. If the child shows no signs of any respiratory problems and has a temperature of less than 100 the child be allowed to exit the car and join their group. Drop off will be between 8:30 and 9:00 am, no late drop offs will be allowed. Pick up will be at 2:30 pm, and will be conducted in the same way. You will drive to the designated pick up place and your child will be brought to your car. No one is to exit the car except the child coming to camp.  Counselors and staff will need to wear a mask the entire camp day. Children are not required to wear a mask. If you wish to have your child wear a mask, you must provide one, and it is the child’s responsibility to make sure it goes home (if it is a reusable one). Restrooms will be available for camp staff and campers only. They will be locked until necessary and cleaned each day. Wipes and antibacterial hand soap and sanitizer will be available for all camp staff and campers. Hand washing is imperative before and after all activities. Your child must understand this and cooperate with staff on this matter. If a child is unwell outside of camp, you must let us know. They will not be able to return to camp for 14 days. If someone in the camper’s household is ill or has symptoms of Covid-19, the camper is not permitted to attend camp. If the camper is ill from a suspected case of Covid-19 the entire group that has been at camp with that child, will not be allowed back to camp for 14 days. The group of 20 will remain with the same two counselors for the entire week. Drop off will be facilitated by the parent/guardian driving into the school/park. PLEASE DO NOT GET OUT OF THE CAR. The Director will take the temperature of the child coming to camp. If the child shows no signs of any respiratory problems and has a temperature of less than 100 the child be allowed to exit the car and join their group. Drop off will be between 8:30 and 9:00 am, no late drop offs will be allowed. Pick up will be at 2:30 pm, and will be conducted in the same way. You will drive to the designated pick up place and your child will be brought to your car. No one is to exit the car except the child coming to camp.  Counselors and staff will need to wear a mask the entire camp day. Children are not required to wear a mask. If you wish to have your child wear a mask, you must provide one, and it is the child’s responsibility to make sure it goes home (if it is a reusable one). Restrooms will be available for camp staff and campers only. They will be locked until necessary and cleaned each day. Wipes and antibacterial hand soap and sanitizer will be available for all camp staff and campers. Hand washing is imperative before and after all activities. Your child must understand this and cooperate with staff on this matter. If a child is unwell outside of camp, you must let us know. They will not be able to return to camp for 14 days. If someone in the camper’s household is ill or has symptoms of Covid-19, the camper is not permitted to attend camp. If the camper is ill from a suspected case of Covid-19 the entire group that has been at camp with that child, will not be allowed back to camp for 14 days. Teen Travel Camp 9:00 - 3:00 pm (times may vary per trip location)Monday - Thursday only; NO CAMP on Fridays (with the exception of July 5th week, we will meet Tuesday - Friday.DROP OFF FOR TEEN CAMP: At Woodbury Middle School.
